Supported Living Services (SLS)

Supported Living Services (SLS) assist with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities establish and maintain a safe, stable, and independent life in homes “they” own/rent. SLS helps individuals make meaningful choices toward their personal goals and in relationships and the community. SLS is offered for as long as needed and is flexible to individual’s needs over time.

Areas of Support

SLS include assistance in following areas:

  • Choosing housemates (if needed)

  • Maintaining Good Housekeeping (Laundry/Chores/Errands)

  • Shopping (Retail/Groceries) and Meal Preparation

  • Participate in activities of daily living

  • Participating in community life

  • Support in managing personal finance affairs

  • Assistance with appointment(s)
